摘要:

丹参是中医临床常用中药,含有多种化学成分,多糖是其主要化学成分之一,具有保护心肌、保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等作用,具有较高的药用和保健价值,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。该文综述了丹参多糖的提取方法、结构分析、药理作用及质量控制方法,旨为丹参多糖的进一步研究和开发提供参考。

Abstract:

Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinic. It contains many chemical components. Polysaccharide is one of its main chemical components. It has the functions of protecting heart muscle,protecting liver,antitumor,antioxidation,antiinflammation,etc. It has been widely concerned by domestic and foreign Scholars. The extraction,structure analysis,pharmacological action and quality control methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharide were reviewed in this paper. The purpose is to provide reference for further research and development of Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharide.
