帕金森病合并糖尿病患者的情绪与认知及肢体感觉异常的研究

摘要：

目的：研究分析帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者情绪与认知及肢体感觉异常情况。方法：选取40例帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者作为观察组，以及选择同期无糖尿病帕金森病患者40例为对照组，分析帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者（H-Y分级2~3级）情绪与认知变化以及肢体感觉异常情况与无糖尿病的帕金森病患者的区别。结果：观察组情绪与认知的调查结果显示，记忆力减退，注意力不能集中以及淡漠等发生率明显增高，与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对肢体感觉症状，观察组肢体疼痛、肢体寒凉发生率高于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者较无糖尿病的帕金森病患者情绪与认知功能受损发生率较高，肢体感觉出现麻凉症状发生率较高。

Abstract:

Objective：To study the emotion，cognition and abnormal sensation of limbs in Parkinson’s disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：Forty patients with Parkinson’s disease without diabetes were selected as control group，and forty patients with Parkinson’s disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as observation group in the same period. Analysis the difference in emotion，cognition and abnormal sensation of limbs between the control group and observation group.Results：The result of emotion and cognition showed that the incidence of memory loss，inattention and apathy was singnificantly higher in observation group than control group（P<0.05）. The sensation symptoms of limbs showed that limb pain and limb cold was singnificantly higher in observation group than control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The incidence rate of emotion，cognitive impairment，numbness and cold symptoms in Parkinson’s patients with type 2 diabetes was higher than that in PD patients without diabetes.
