摘要:本文综述了丹酚酸B(Sal B)对β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、tau蛋白毒性及两者引起的PC12细胞和SH-SY5Y细胞凋亡的作用,对神经发生、血管生成的影响。结果发现Sal B能抑制Aβ的原纤维成形、聚集,降低毒性并减少其引起的细胞凋亡;抑制tau蛋白的过度磷酸化;促进神经发生和血管生成。基于Sal B对神经系统的保护作用,故其可能作为治疗神经退行性疾病的潜在药物。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the effect of Salvianolic acid-B (Sal B) on toxicity of amyloid β-protein (Aβ), tau protein and PC12 cells and SH-SY5Y cells apoptosis induced by Aβand tau protein, and on neurogenesis and angiogenesis.The results showed that Sal B could decrease the toxicity of Aβ by inhibiting Aβ aggregation and fibril formation, and protect cells damaged by Aβ.Hyperphosphoylation of tau protein could be attenuated by Sal B.Sal B has also been proved to promote neurogenesis and angiogenesis.Based on the neuroprotective effect of Sal B, it may be a potential medicine for treatment of neurodegenerative disease.
