摘要:类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的病因尚未完全阐明,神经精神因素参与了RA的发病过程,其通过影响下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺素轴、交感神经系统参与对RA的神经免疫调节。肾上腺素受体(adrenergic receptor, AR)是发挥神经免疫调节的关键受体之一,可能在RA的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。本综述从AR的分型及特征、AR及其配体在RA中的表达和功能,AR及其信号对RA的关键免疫细胞T、B淋巴细胞的调节等方面做一综述,以期了解AR信号转导在RA中的作用。

Abstract:The etiology of rheumatoid arthritis( RA) has not been fully elucidated,but the mental factors may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA. These factors regulated the immune function of RA by affecting the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and the sympathetic nervous system. Adrenergic receptor( AR) is the key receptors which plays a role on regulating neural immune function,and it may be involved in the occurrence and development of RA. This review
includes the classification and characteristics of AR,its ligand expression and function in RA,and the regulation of AR on the key immune cells,such as T and B lymphocytes,etc. This review will help understand the research progress of AR and its signal in RA.
