摘要:Clk1 编码一种参与辅酶Q 生物合成的线粒体酶,在机体的衰老过程中起着重要作用。研究发现,Clk1/Mclk1 基因的缺失会导致线虫和小鼠寿命的延长,但其具体机制尚未清楚,该文就近年来Clk1 与衰老的相关研究作一总结,全面阐述和讨论Clk1 基因在机体内发挥的作用。

Abstract:

Clk1,a mitochondrial enzyme involved in coenzyme Q biosynthesis,plays an role in the aging process. It was found that the loss of Clk1/Mclk1 gene could lead to prolonging the life span of nematodes and mice,but the specific mechanism was not clear. In this review,we summarized and discussed the function of Clk1 gene in organism.
