Abstract: Low back pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation LDH) is closely related to inflammation. Inflammatory factors stimulate nerve fibers may cause painwhich is also one of the reasons for the degeneration of the intervertebral disc. At presentthere is a lack of stable and reliable anti-inflammatory drugs for lumbar disc herniation. The inflammatory mechanism and related signal pathways of lumbar disc herniation were reviewed. According to theoretical laboratory research or ongoing clinical trialssteroidal anti-inflammatory drugsnon-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugsChinese medicinesgrowth factors and cytokines were analyzed. A batch of potential anti-inflammatory drugshoping to provide reference and reference for the selection of anti-inflammatory drugs and follow-up treatment for LDH clinical treatment.
