Abstract:

Cerebral stroke is the most common cause of death in China. It has the characteristic of high incidence rate, high disability rate, high recurrence rate, high mortality rate and high financial burden. It seriously endangers the health of our people. Hypertension is a major risk factor for cerebrovascular disease. In order to prevent target organ damage effectively, maintain vascular integrity, reduce incidence rate and mortality,it is necessary to maintain the stability of blood pressure within 24 hours. Morning blood pressure surge (MBPS) refers to the phenomenon that blood pressure rises sharply in the early morning. In recent years, many studies have found that MBPS is closely related to cerebral stroke. How to better control MBPS,reduce target organ damage, reduce the occurrence of cerebral stroke,is the issue in the field of cerebrovascular disease.
